These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j2bat ("j2bat", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the j2bat website located at j2bat.org and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, Hi-Lo, Ganesh Fortune, promotional offers, and account management services (collectively, "Services").

By accessing j2bat, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using j2bat's Services.

j2bat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, j2bat will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the j2bat platform, through which the Player accesses Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's j2bat Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credits, reload bonus amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds from a Player to their j2bat Account via an approved payment method including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer product, table game, speciality game, or other wagering product available on the j2bat platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under j2bat's licensing obligations before withdrawals are processed.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, tools, and content accessible through the j2bat platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's j2bat Account to an approved payment method held in the Player's verified name.

To be eligible to register for and use a j2bat Account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be acting as an individual and not on behalf of another person or any corporate entity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of j2bat, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or banned by j2bat for any reason.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and specifically prohibited by enforceable law applicable to you personally.

j2bat reserves the right to request identity documents including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill confirming address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

j2bat uses automated age-verification checks in addition to manual document review as part of its KYC process. Where j2bat has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria, the Account may be suspended pending investigation and any Winnings resulting from play during that period may be withheld.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on j2bat only. Opening, using, or attempting to use multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. j2bat is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information — including false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability where applicable under Pakistani law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2bat Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. j2bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to j2bat immediately at [email protected].

j2bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j2bat does not accept deposits made from accounts held in the name of a third party.

The minimum single deposit on j2bat is Rs 50. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Player account tier. j2bat reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within approximately one hour during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours. j2bat reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

No withdrawal will be processed until the Player has successfully completed j2bat's KYC verification process. This requires the submission and approval of valid identity documentation confirming the Player's age, name, and address. Winnings accrued by a Player who has not completed KYC remain subject to reversal if verification subsequently fails.

j2bat operates a withdrawal-to-deposit matching policy. Funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any excess above the deposited amount may be processed to an alternative verified payment method at j2bat's discretion. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is a condition of j2bat's international gaming licence.

j2bat offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotional offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only who have completed account registration in compliance with these Terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as repeating or recurring.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or Bonus-Funded winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated within the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering on certain games may contribute at different rates towards fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced percentage rate compared to slots. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's individual terms.
• j2bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where it determines that the promotion is being abused, exploited through systematic wagering strategies, or claimed by ineligible Players.
• Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically without notice.
• j2bat will not award bonuses in connection with activity it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, collusive, or in breach of these Terms.

All Games available on the j2bat platform operate in accordance with their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or accompanying help section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual game's rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of the mechanics and outcome determination of that specific game.

All j2bat casino and slot games are powered by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG system used by j2bat ensures that every game outcome is statistically random and independent of all preceding outcomes. j2bat's RNG certification is conducted by a recognised third-party testing laboratory, and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games reflect long-run statistical performance verified by that laboratory.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system disruption that affects game outcomes, j2bat reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagers placed during the affected period. j2bat's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the wager amount. Where j2bat determines that a malfunction or error resulted in an erroneously credited win, j2bat is entitled to recover such amount from the Player's Account Balance.

Once a Game round has concluded and a result has been determined and displayed to the Player, that result is final unless j2bat's system logs identify a technical error affecting outcome determination. Verbal disputes regarding game results which are inconsistent with system logs will not be upheld. Players wishing to dispute a game outcome must do so within seven (7) days of the disputed round via the j2bat dispute resolution process.

The j2bat sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events including PSL cricket, international cricket (Test, ODI, T20), football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and eSports. The following general sports betting rules apply across all sports markets on j2bat:

• Bet Acceptance: A sports bet is not confirmed until j2bat's system displays an explicit confirmation with a Bet ID. Bets placed on events where odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault are void and the stake is returned.
• Odds Changes: j2bat reserves the right to change odds on any market at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between bet placement and confirmation, the Player will be offered the updated odds.
• Event Postponement: If a sporting event is postponed and does not conclude within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before postponement stand.
• Result Verification: Sporting event results are determined using official results from governing bodies (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL events, FIFA for football). j2bat is not responsible for third-party reporting errors and will settle bets based on official confirmed results.
• Maximum Winnings: j2bat imposes maximum payout limits per bet and per event, which vary by sport and market type. Placing a bet above the applicable maximum constitutes acceptance that any payout will be capped at the maximum limit.
• Suspicious Activity: j2bat reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed based on insider information, match-fixing, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sport.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j2bat:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during use of the Services.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies, bonus-hunting across related accounts, chip-dumping, or use of automated software or bots to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Using software, scripts, or automated tools to interact with j2bat's Games or platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker or any game where collusion affects outcomes.
• Any attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt j2bat's systems, servers, or software.
• Using j2bat's Services for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Placing bets on the outcome of events in which you have any position, role, or access to non-public information (match-fixing, insider betting).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j2bat staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the j2bat platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, images, logos, trademarks, and the j2bat brand identity, is the intellectual property of j2bat or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any j2bat intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the j2bat platform without the prior express written consent of j2bat. Unauthorised use of j2bat's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2bat's total liability to any Player in connection with the Services — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player to j2bat in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j2bat expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or information.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network failures, or device malfunctions that are outside j2bat's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from actions of third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain Account security in accordance with these Terms.

The j2bat platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j2bat makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any Game for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in its certified RTP documentation.

j2bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where j2bat determines in its reasonable judgment that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where suspension is required for regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, j2bat will freeze the Account Balance and conduct an investigation. Funds will be returned to the Player where j2bat determines that no breach has occurred.

A Player may request closure of their j2bat Account at any time by contacting j2bat support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, j2bat will process the closure within three (3) business days. Any remaining Account Balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Players who wish to self-exclude from j2bat for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings. Voluntary self-exclusion is permanent unless the Player explicitly applies to reinstate the Account after the minimum exclusion period has elapsed and j2bat is satisfied that reinstatement is appropriate. j2bat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. j2bat recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and the platform provides a range of tools and resources to help Players manage their activity responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all j2bat Account holders and can be activated from within Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit to their j2bat Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on their maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time notifications that alert them when they have been actively playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, after which the Account automatically reactivates.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent exclusion from j2bat's Services for a minimum period of six months, with the option to extend indefinitely. During self-exclusion, j2bat will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to the excluded Player.

j2bat collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform use. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by j2bat's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at j2bat.org/privacy-policy. By using j2bat's Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j2bat will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or as necessary for the provision of Services (including to payment processors such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa for transaction processing purposes).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2bat holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or j2bat's Services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: Players are encouraged to first contact j2bat's support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution of any complaint. j2bat will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the Player may submit a formal complaint in writing to j2bat's customer relations department. j2bat will issue a final decision on formal complaints within twenty-one (21) business days of receipt.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by j2bat's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from j2bat's support team.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent interlocutory relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances require it.

j2bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where j2bat makes amendments that materially affect Players' rights or obligations, j2bat will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via email to the address registered on the Player's Account. For non-material amendments, j2bat may update these Terms without prior notice, and the revised Terms will take effect upon publication at j2bat.org/terms-conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of j2bat's Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using j2bat's Services and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
